Day 19: “Tech Neck Troubleshoot”
This thoracic stretch is simple, effective, and you can do it anywhere.
Placing hands on the ball
Roll the ball forward, straightening the arms and sinking the chest toward the floor
Relax your head
Make it harder
Instead of sitting back as in the photo above, bring the hips forward, stacking them over your knees to increase the shoulder/spine stretch
Roll the ball farther away
Make it easier
If you don’t want to get on your knees, try this standing, hands on the back of a chair or counter
If it feels overwhelming, start on your hands and knees and stretch one arm at a time
Bring the ball closer
Don’t have a ball?
Place hands on the seat of a chair or couch
Keep Moving
