Turning your computer off is key to it running effectively. Powering down clears out the RAM, shuts down programs and operations—it essentially allows your computer to rest. When it turns on again, it’s refreshed and efficient. These are all the same reasons you need to power down. Not only at night, but other times in the day too. This is a super-basic move that with help you clear your cache.
P.S. “The cache” is the tension in your eyes, your spine, and if you take some deep inhalations that press your belly into the ball, the tension in your mind too.
Drape over the ball, widen your feet for support, and relax.
You can also make small side-to-side, or front-to-back motions if you find them soothing
